Cancer does not only impact the person going through the illness. It becomes a family affair. In this episode I am honored to introduce you to my husband, Raul.

Since my breast cancer diagnosis, Raul accompanied me to the doctor’s visits, was waiting for me when I underwent surgery and drove me to the chemotherapy infusions. I asked him to share his experience of what it was like knowing that his wife had cancer and any words of advice for others that may be going through something similar.

Give yourself permission to not go through challenges alone and open up to the love and support that is around you.
